We have chosen to keep our B&B small-scale - max 4 adults, and only offer it to adults (infrastructure and layout are not suitable for children).  

Flat Aline and Suite Florentine are part of our house.  So there is a homely atmosphere.  Guests certainly have plenty of privacy, but you are still asked to be considerate of your fellow guests and owners.  Guests are not supposed to invite other people to our B&B.

On the day of arrival, we are happy to welcome you from 4pm. Check-out time is 11 am.

Would you like to check in earlier (from 14:00)?  If no other guests have booked a late check-out on your check-in day, this is possible.  You can then check in from 14:00 and 30 € will be added to the nightly rate.

If you want to check in even earlier e.g. at 10:00, the price of an extra night will apply.

If you leave later than 11:00 am, you will also be charged for an extra night's stay.

One parking space is provided per accommodation.

Guests can park in our driveway (space for 3 cars).

Within walking distance, there are several parking spaces in our community (free of charge).

You can rent there a city bike from € 15 per day, and an electric bicycle from € 30 per day.

If you prefer to bring your own bike, we will gladly store it for you: dry and safe.

We fully understand if you are having breakfast with family or friends you are visiting, or if you are making a trip into town and wish to have breakfast there.

Prices always do not include breakfast. An extra 20 € per full continental breakfast/per person will be charged, unless you opt for an à la carte breakfast.

Apartment Aline has its own kitchen with fridge, vitroceramic hob and combi-oven. Guests can prepare their own breakfast here, and possibly a small snack for lunch or dinner.

Suite Florentine is not suitable for self-catering.  When booking here, you will be required to include an extensive heavenly breakfast.  In the 'Special wishes' text box, you can indicate if you do not wish to have breakfast (because you are going out for breakfast, are having breakfast with friends/family, ...) or because you prefer an à la carte breakfast.  We will then provide you with the menu, and you indicate in advance what you would like for breakfast, then we will only buy those products and you will only pay for them.
