Booking conditions:
Reservation conditions automatically come into effect upon final reservation.
Your stay is only final after confirmation from us and as soon as the payment has been made by bank transfer to our account: BE68 7340 3557 2434 (KBC) in the name of B&B Aline Florentine, Annonciadenstraat 27, 3078 Everberg - KREDBEBB.
When making a reservation, we always ask for the details of a valid credit card. This will be charged according to the cancellation policy, as described below, or in the case of a no-show.
Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown are to be paid by you.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before the start of your stay.
- Between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, you must pay 50% of the stay.
- If you cancel less than 8 days before the check-in date or a no-show, you will be required to pay the full amount of your stay.
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies during weekends and during the summer months. It is possible to deviate from this at the last minute.
Please inform B&B Aline Florentine of your expected arrival time in advance, so that we can welcome you personally.
Check-in between 16:00 hrs / 4.00 p.m. and 19:00 hrs / 7.00 p.m. (*) Surcharge of € 30 for an early check in, from 14:00.
Check-out till 11:00 hrs / 11.00 a.m.
(*) If you wish to deviate from this, let us know and we will see what is possible.
Adults only B&B, to guarantee the tranquility of all guests, children are not allowed.
Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card as a guarantee.
Pets are already present / other pets not allowed / Smoking free B&B.
It is not allowed to bring food or drinks, with the exception of Apartment Aline, or to store them in our refrigerators. We have an extensive list of drinks from waters and soft drinks, beers to wines and bubbles in the minibars and honesty bar.
It should also be mentioned that the B&B is exclusively accessible to our registered guests.
